Our ECO package is an ecologically conscious-forward model that meets sustainable standards, is climate resilient and feels clean and essential. We are currently working towards a 100% responsible unit. A tall order, we know. From our choices in interior amenities to insulation and climate control, our 'green standard' is a priority. Our intentionally configured window and door systems and ventilation optimize the use of passive sun energy and air flow to effectively allow for desired climate control without the use of additionally installed light, heat, air and cooling systems. The ECO series is ecologically-conscious and aesthetically resolved, satisfying our mission to bring together a timeless structure with affordability for right-sized living.
The standard ECO base model starts at $275/sqft. This does not include permit, transportation or logistical costs. Our design process and cost-estimate work is collaborative and open-book. Contact us to inquire about unit configurations, size and right package to suit your lifestyle needs.
